Shipping Policy

As our product, "Relier" Subscription Management System, is a web application, there is no shipping involved. All access and services are provided electronically via the internet.

Cancellation Policy

Customers have the freedom to cancel their subscription to "Relier" at any time. There are no binding contracts or minimum commitment periods. To cancel, customers can simply navigate to their account settings and choose the cancellation option. Upon cancellation, customers will retain access to the subscribed features until the end of their current billing cycle. We do not impose any cancellation fees, and customers are welcome to re-subscribe at any time.

Refund Policy

We are confident in the capabilities and value of "Relier" Subscription Management System. However, if a customer is not satisfied with our service within the first 30 days of their initial purchase, they are eligible for a full refund, no questions asked. To initiate the refund process, customers can contact our customer support team via email or the support portal, and we will process the refund promptly.

After the 30-day period has expired, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including unused portions of the subscription.
